Orders in Spain
To place an order in our store, select the products you wish to buy from our catalog and click ADD. Each time you click ADD, the system will show you your virtual “shopping cart” detailing the products you have chosen with tax base and I.V.A. Two options will appear each time you press add: CONTINUE (continue buying more items) or FINISH THE ORDER (to fill in all the necessary information and process the order) (remember that if it is the first time you are buying even though you are already registered, the system will It will ask for more information to expand your registration. If you are not registered, you can do so at that very moment. Remember that if you continue browsing the web before finalizing your order, you can always see your basket by clicking SHOW ORDER on the left side of the screen.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your order.
In the basket we give you all the information about your order: selected products, unit price in euros, units (you can edit this option in the basket if you want) and total price in euros and VAT.
PayPal. All purchases can be paid via Paypal with a Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card. In any case, the choice of payment method is made, during the purchase process, on the corresponding screen.
The client must notify Silvermade of any undue charge for purchases, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, in the shortest possible time so that Silvermade can make the appropriate arrangements.
Prices and availability of products
Prices and availability of Silvermade products are valid except for end of stock or typographical error. Orders will be handled in strict order of receipt, in accordance with Article 9 of the Retail Trade Law. In the event of end of stock in our warehouses and our suppliers of a requested product, the customer’s order will be canceled with prior notice -except in cases in which it is impossible to contact him- and a product with similar benefits and characteristics will be proposed.
Taxes (VAT) are included in the prices of the products and in the shipping costs.
When you buy from Silvermade you can feel calm and secure because you are buying with a guarantee. All products purchased at Silvermade are totally new and have a two-year guarantee in accordance with current legislation. In no case does this guarantee cover the shipping costs associated with the use of said guarantee, which are always borne by the buyer. To make use of this guarantee, the buyer must contact us by writing to email@example.com indicating the problem with the product so that we can give you instructions. All products that are returned using the guarantee must be in their original packaging and with all their accessories.
Shipping costs are calculated by the system when placing the order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
– Shipments are made by Correos de España, National Letter, Certified Letter. (Insurance not included)
– The shipping price includes packaging, handling and transfers.
– On request it can be sent by urgent transport (Seur, DHL, Medur, etc.) Ask for a quote.
– Contact us for shipments outside the Peninsula. The price for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are those that govern the web, making the shipping costs for the Canary Islands more expensive. Shipments will not be made to post office boxes.
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from www.silvermade.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at www.silvermade.co.uk, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado, except for custom-made or personalized items.
Within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return, www.silvermade.co.uk undertakes to refund it.
Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department.
If the cause of the return was that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, www.silvermade.co.uk will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.
