– Shipments are made by Correos de España, National Letter, Certified Letter. (Insurance not included)
– The shipping price includes packaging, handling and transfers.
– On request it can be sent by urgent transport (Seur, DHL, Medur, etc.) Ask for a quote.
– Contact us for shipments outside the Peninsula. The price for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are those that govern the web, making shipping costs to the Canary Islands more expensive. Shipments will not be made to post office boxes.
Returns
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from www.silvermade.co.uk within 14 days from the date of reception.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at www.silvermade.co.uk, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado, except items made to order. custom or custom .
